Extraction & Formulation Support
Liquid formulations – especially botanical extracts and tinctures – require a different level of process knowledge than capsules or powders. Our in-house R&D team has direct experience with extraction methods, reduction techniques, and liquid stability, so your formula gets the attention it needs before it ever hits the production floor.
Pilot runs are available for new liquid formulations. Lead times for new liquid projects may vary depending on extraction requirements.

What's Included in Every Order
Finished Product Specification (FPS)
A complete document covering full formulation, processing method, testing criteria, packaging specs, and palletization layout. You review and approve before production begins. Your formula stays yours.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every lot is tested in-house against identity, heavy metals (As, Cd, Hg, Pb via ICP/MS), and microbiological parameters (TPC, Y&M, E. coli, salmonella, coliforms). Third-party verification available where required.
Weekly Open Order Report
Every Friday you receive a full production status update with promise dates across every active PO. Full visibility from order to shipment.
